There are things we carry that we don't even have words for yet.
A grief we can't quite name. An emotion that surfaces and then gets pushed back down because there's no time, no space, no safe place to let it move.
Water teaches us to flow, to stop bracing against what we feel and instead allow it to move through us. Every emotion we experience but don't let ourselves truly feel gets stored in the body. Breathwork is like finally finding the relief valve.
In this session, we'll use conscious breathing to create a safe, supported space for emotional release and surrender. You don't need to know what you're carrying. Your body does. And it knows exactly what it's ready to let go of.
You will leave feeling:
Lighter - like you've set something down
More open and emotionally spacious
Deeply relaxed and restored
No previous experience needed. Your body will lead the way.
A few things to know:
Sessions are capped at 8 participants to keep the space intimate and safe
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe freely in
A journal and pen, insights have a way of surfacing
Emotional release is welcome and safe here - tears, laughter, sighs are all part of the process
Water is always a good idea
