Postpartum Anxiety & Depression Support

You are not alone. I've been there. With the right support, it does get better. Let's find you again.

My Story

I experienced postpartum depression after my first daughter was born in 2019. Then postpartum anxiety after my second daughter in 2021. I didn’t sleep for an entire week (yes, 7 whole days and nights) after that birth.

I wasn't myself. I wasn't present. I wasn't able to show up fully for my kids, my husband, or my work as a musician. I was surviving, but I wasn't living.

For six years, I lived in a fog.

I didn't find breathwork until May 2025. But when I did, something shifted. For the first time in years, I started waking up. I started recognizing myself again. I started feeling like I was coming home to my own body.

Breathwork isn't a cure-all. It's not a substitute for therapy or medical support. But it's a tool — a powerful one — for coming back to presence, to your body, to yourself.

If you're in the fog right now, if you're struggling with postpartum anxiety or depression, if you've lost yourself in motherhood, I'm here for you.

I understand the depth of it because I lived there for six years. And I know breathwork can help you find your way.

Birth Trauma & Healing

Many of us carry trauma from birth, whether the birth itself was unexpected, painful, scary, or simply overwhelming. This trauma lives in our bodies, often unspoken because it's hard to put into words.

Breathwork offers something powerful: a way to process this trauma without needing to talk about it.

When we bring conscious awareness to our breath and body, we create a safe space to explore what's stored there. The breath becomes a guide, helping us move through what happened, release what we've been holding, and slowly integrate the experience.

This isn't talk therapy, and it doesn’t try to replace that. It's somatic, embodied healing. And for many moms, it's the missing piece in their recovery.

What This Looks Like

Postpartum anxiety and depression are real.

It’s not weakness. It’s not your fault. And it’s treatable.

Breathwork offers something unique: a way to come back into your body from the inside out. Not through pills or talking alone (although it can work beautifully alongside medication and therapy), but through the most powerful tool you already have — your breath.

In our work together, you'll learn to:

  • Shift your body out of fight-or-flight mode

  • Access deeper states of calm and presence

  • Release stored stress, trauma, and emotion safely

  • Build confidence with breath techniques you can return to anytime

  • Reconnect with yourself — the person you are beyond motherhood

Client Testimony

"I was inspired by the level of professionalism, the setup, the inclusive and safe language used. I appreciated being asked about my birthing experience, what drew me to sign up, and how I was doing overall. I loved the guided meditation and breathwork session. I was deeply impressed with the flow and language used, going between the breath and also the body and mind. Bénédicte is a highly skilled facilitator and I look forward to working with her again. I felt safe and supported in her presence. I was struck with her calmness and acceptance when I began to tear up. I appreciated her holding space with me with great sensitivity throughout our hour of work.

Since our session, I've continued practicing breathwork every day, and that has made all the difference."
