How often do you actually feel at home in your own body?
Not performing. Not pushing through. Not holding it all together. Just... here.
For many of us, the nervous system gets stuck in a constant state of alertness - scanning for the next thing, bracing for the next challenge, never quite landing. We go through life feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves without even realising it.
This session is about coming back.
Through grounding breathwork patterns, we'll invite your nervous system to settle, your body to soften, and your mind to quiet. Earth is about roots - feeling supported, safe, and deeply present in your own skin.
You will leave feeling:
Grounded and steady
Safe in your body
Connected to yourself in a way that's hard to put into words
No previous experience needed. Just come as you are.
A few things to know:
Sessions are capped at 8 participants to keep the space intimate and safe
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe freely in
Bring your water bottle and a journal and pen, insights have a way of surfacing
Love Yourself Studio provides mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks
