A breathwork practice to guide you inward, into balance.
Just as a musician tunes before performing, we can learn to attune our body through the breath so we can meet life with clarity, presence, and grounded energy.
I'm Bénédicte Lauzière: Concertmaster of the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, Juilliard-trained violinist, and trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator (trained in Pause Breathwork).
Trauma-informed. Safe pace. No experience required, just a willingness to breathe.
Try It First
Feel it before you read about it.
Breathwork is hard to put into words, you have to experience it.
Here's a free 8-minute guided session so you can feel it right now, no booking required.
My Story
For years I lived inside the pressure and perfectionism of high-level performance. I showed up on stage with everything I had, but chronic stress was quietly shaping my life offstage, my health, my creativity, and how I showed up as a wife and mother.
Breathwork became the turning point. I learned my nervous system could be supported, soothed, and strengthened, and that I could come back to a more grounded version of myself.
Now I guide others through that same journey.
What Breathwork Is, and Who It's For
Breathwork is a powerful, accessible practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to shift the state of the nervous system, bringing you back into balance.
It can help you:
Release chronic stress and tension
Reduce performance anxiety
Improve focus, clarity, and energy
Feel more present and grounded
Build resilience for daily life and high performance
This work is a good fit if you're:
A musician or performer navigating performance demands
A creative professional under chronic stress
A parent wanting more presence and grounding
Someone who feels overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected
Curious about regulating your nervous system. No experience needed
This isn't:
A replacement for medical or mental health care
A forced practice - you are always in control, sessions are paced by you, grounded, and trauma-informed.
My Approach
My work blends artistry, nervous system awareness, and embodied breath practices to help you return to balance and reconnect with yourself.
My intention is to offer a space that feels safe, supported, and deeply attuned, a space where breath becomes a pathway back home.
Safety & Considerations
Breathwork can be very beneficial if you are pregnant, although certain patterns will be modified or avoided for your safety.
If you have cardiovascular concerns, epilepsy, or significant mental health conditions, please check with a healthcare provider before participating.
Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
