Did you know that out of all the automatic functions your body performs (your heart beating, your digestion, your temperature), breathing is the only one you can consciously control?
And yet most of us go through life barely aware of our breath at all.
This session is an introduction to breathwork. What it is, how it works, and what it can open up in you. We’ll use intentional breathing patterns to gently guide your nervous system back toward balance, creating space for release, clarity, and presence.
You will leave feeling:
• Calmer and more settled in your body
• More present and clear-headed
• Lighter, like you’ve finally exhaled
No previous experience needed. Just show up and breathe.
A few things to know:
Sessions are capped at 8 participants to keep the space intimate and safe
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe freely in
A journal and pen, insights have a way of surfacing
Water is always a good idea
