Weekly group teaching and guided breathwork (8 × 90-minute), two private 1:1 sessions (2 × 60-minute), complimentary access to Tune In (weekly Sunday morning group breathwork), and a private group chat for support and to get your questions answered between sessions.
Group session day and time will be set based on the group's availability once enrollment closes. Sessions are recorded for your own replay access, and may also be used, in edited form, in a future self-paced version of this program.
