Weekly group sessions (instrument-free) paired with breathing exercises to practice on your own between sessions, drawing on physiology-based techniques to help your nervous system stay steady under pressure, on stage and off. Includes one 60-minute 1:1 session with Bénédicte, scheduled through her online calendar.
Sessions are recorded for your own replay access, and may also be used, in edited form, in a future self-paced version of this program.
