Attuned by Bénédicte Lauzière

Attuned is my breathwork practice - where music, breath, and nervous system support meet.

Just as a musician tunes before performing, we can learn to attune our nervous system so we can meet life with clarity, presence, and grounded energy.

Come Back to Yourself

I’m Bénédicte Lauzière - Concertmaster of the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, Juilliard-trained violinist, and Pause Breathwork facilitator-in-practicum.

For years, I lived in the pressure and perfectionism of high-level performance. I showed up on stage with everything I had, but chronic stress was quietly shaping my life offstage - affecting my health, my creativity, and how I showed up as a wife and mother to my two young daughters.

Breathwork became the turning point.

Through working with the breath, I discovered that my nervous system could be supported, soothed, and strengthened - that I could return to a more grounded version of myself, with more resilience, presence, and joy.

Now, I guide others through this same journey.

Who This Is For

Breathwork with me is ideal for:

  • Musicians navigating performance demands

  • Creativity-driven professionals experiencing stress

  • Parents seeking more presence and grounding

  • Anyone wanting to regulate their nervous system

  • Those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected

No experience is required - just a willingness to breathe.

What Is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful, accessible practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to shift the state of the nervous system.
It can help you:

  • Release chronic stress and tension

  • Reduce performance anxiety

  • Improve focus, clarity, and energy

  • Feel more present and grounded

  • Build resilience for the demands of daily life and high performance

This work is deeply supportive for musicians, creatives, parents, and anyone navigating stress or seeking a deeper connection to themselves.

1:1 Breathwork Sessions (Online)

A 60‑minute personalized session that meets you exactly where you are.

In each session, you will learn how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system, process stored stress, and reconnect to your natural sense of ease. Sessions are fully guided, trauma‑informed, and tailored to your needs - whether you’re preparing for a performance, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to return to yourself.

Sessions are free right now as part of my practicum for Pause’s Trauma‑Informed Breathwork Facilitator Certification.

About My Approach

I am currently completing my certification as a trauma‑informed breathwork facilitator with Pause. My work blends artistry, nervous-system awareness, and embodied breath practices to help you regulate stress and reconnect with yourself.

My intention is to offer a space that feels safe, supported, and deeply attuned - a space where breath becomes a pathway back home.

Safety & Considerations

Breathwork can be very beneficial if you are pregnant, although certain patterns will be modified or avoided for your safety.

If you have cardiovascular concerns, epilepsy, or significant mental health conditions, please check with a healthcare provider before participating.

Breathwork is supportive but not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
