Sound familiar?

You know what helps. You just don't do it alone.

Most of us have felt the difference a good breath practice makes. The hard part isn't knowing. It's coming back to it week after week when life is full and you're the last person on your own list.

You felt amazing after a session once, but by midweek it was gone.
You save the recordings and never press play.
Each week starts before you've let go of the last one.
Taking care of yourself is the first thing to go when things get busy.
You'd show up for a friend in a heartbeat. Showing up for yourself is harder.
If nothing changes

The weeks keep stacking up.

Without a place to set it down, each week lands on top of the last. The tension you meant to release becomes the way you hold your body. The breath that once felt so good becomes something you remember instead of something you do, and the calm you felt that one time starts to feel out of reach.

One great session can show you what's possible. Coming back every week is what makes it last.

Why this is different

A standing appointment with yourself, guided live.

Not a recordingI guide every breath live and watch the group the whole time, adjusting the pace to what is actually happening in the room.
A rhythm, not a one-offThe same hour every Sunday. The habit is built for you, so you don't have to rely on willpower to keep it.
Trauma-informedYour safety comes first. You choose how deep to go, and you can slow down or pause at any moment.
What changes

Your Sunday, before and after.

When you log on

  • Carrying the whole week in your body
  • Mind already racing through Monday
  • Short, shallow breaths you don't notice
  • Running on autopilot

When you log off

  • Lighter, with the week behind you
  • Present in your body and in your day
  • Slow, full breaths that reach your belly
  • Clear about what matters this week

After one Sunday, you feel the difference: a quieter mind, a body that has let go, and a breath that finally reaches all the way down. You close your laptop and step into your day more present with the people you love.

After a few months of Sundays, the shift stops being something you visit and becomes your natural state. You notice sooner when you start to brace. Stress moves through you instead of piling up, and you know how to come back to steady on your own, any day of the week.

Who I am

I'm Bénédicte. I know how easily practice slips.

I'm the Concertmaster of the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony and a Juilliard-trained violinist. For years I lived with performance pressure and chronic stress, and somewhere along the way I lost track of myself.

Breathwork is how I found my way back. What kept me there was rhythm: coming back to my breath again and again until presence felt like home. Tune In is that rhythm, shared.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • You want breathwork to be a habit, not a once-in-a-while treat
  • You carry a lot during the week and rarely put it down
  • You do better with a set time and a group than on your own
  • You're new to breathwork, or you've tried it and want to go deeper

This is not for you if

  • You're looking for a replacement for therapy or medical care
  • You're in crisis right now and need immediate support
  • You'd prefer private, one-on-one attention (a 1:1 session is a better fit)
  • You want to keep your camera off
Questions

Before you join

Breathing is free. Why would I pay for it?

You're right, your breath is free, and it's always with you. But most of us only use it to get through the day: shallow, automatic, just enough to survive. Very few people know how powerful and transformative it can be. Tune In gives you a guide and a set time every week, so you actually experience what your breath can do, again and again.

I've never done breathwork. Is that okay?

Yes. I guide every breath, and you only need a curious mind and a willingness to breathe. You go at your own pace.

Why does my camera need to be on?

So I can see your breath and make sure everyone is safe. That's part of facilitating responsibly. Everyone is turned inward with their own practice, and what happens in your experience stays yours.

Do I have to share in front of the group?

Never. Some people like to share a word or two at the end, and many simply listen. Both are welcome.

Is this like meditation?

No. Meditation mostly asks you to observe. In breathwork you actively change how you breathe, and your body responds. Calm can come, and so can whatever else has been waiting to move.

What if I can't make it some Sundays?

That's okay. Life happens. Join whenever you can, and come back the next week. The practice builds over time, not all at once.

How is this different from a 1:1 session?

A 1:1 Attunement Session is a private hour shaped entirely around you. Tune In is a shared weekly rhythm at a lower monthly price. Many people use Tune In as their steady practice and book a 1:1 when they want to go deeper.

How does billing work?

You're billed monthly and can cancel anytime before your next billing date. The CA$33 founding rate is for the first 10 members and stays yours for as long as you remain subscribed.

Give yourself one hour every Sunday to set the week down.
